ANNOUNCING MINECRAFT: EDUCATION EDITION

Hello!

News from a slightly different, arguably smarter, place today. We’re announcing Minecraft: Education Edition.

Of course, every Minecraft player learns essential life-skills like tree-punching and good Creeper-defence but, when used in the right way, Minecraft can help people around the world to learn lots more.

Over the past few years, educators around the world have been using Minecraft to explore subjects that might not spring to mind when you think of our block-based game. Since 2011, MinecraftEdu - a version of Minecraft built for the classroom - has been used in over 40 countries. Lots of people have learned loads of things since then.

Microsoft has acquired MinecraftEdu and is building upon its proven success to create a new version of Minecraft that’s dedicated to learning. The new title will be available as a free trial this summer. All existing MinecraftEdu customers will get the first year of Minecraft: Education Edition free of charge.

It’s going to be a collaborative thing. Development of Minecraft: Education Edition will be shaped by a community of educators thanks to this site The site will host lesson plans and give Minecraft: Education Edition users somewhere to discuss ideas and provide feedback. We know teachers can be a rowdy bunch, so we’re looking into the best ways to moderate the forums as I type. Wish us luck.

More Piston Mod [Redstone][Mod]

Tired of waiting for the incoming versions of Minecraft PE to support Redstone Items like pistons? Well try this exciting mod by wilco375 the author of More Piston Mod. Let me introduce to you this awesome mod for Minecraft PE! It is composed of 11 different pistons that's not normally seen before on Minecraft versions. Pistons are blocks capable of pushing most blocks, depending on the direction they are facing. Sticky Pistons are similar to pistons; the difference is that they can pull the blocks as well as push them. But in this mod the piston is more powerful than normal official piston version. Since Minecraft PE has no piston, you can try this mod and play with it! Read more details below as well as the download links for this mod don't worry this is free to download.

The Normal Piston

These are the two normal pistons in Minecraft! In this mod you can normally use these two typical redstone item in minecraft. On the right side is the Sticky Piston that can push the block but it can't pull it back. The other one on the left is sticky piston that can push and pull back the blocks.

The Double Piston

These are called double piston which is can move two blocks away from the block you place on it's piston head. Based on the picture above on the right side is the normal double piston and the other one is double sticky piston.

The Triple Piston

As you can see above these are the triple piston! It can move tree blocks away the block item on its piston head. Sticky piston type on the left side and normal type on the right side that can only push the block item!

The Quadruple Piston

This is called quadruple piston because it can move the block item four blocks away from its original position. There are two types of quadruple piston one is sticky piston and the other one is normal.

The Ultra Sticky Piston

This the last type of piston here in this mod. This one is called ultra sticky piston, Why? because it can push and pull any length of blocks, see incredibly awesome.

Mod Installation Guide

1. First download this mod as indicated on the download link below.

2. Then after that, transfer the (.js) file on your device.

3. We will use BlackLauncher in order to work this mod properly with your Minecraft PE version. 

4. If you have no BlackLauncher installed in your device you can get this on the download links below.

5. Once you have your BlockLauncher, open it and make sure you have Minecraft PE installed on your device. If you have no Minecraft PE installed you can also download it below.

6. Import the this mod, tap the wrench icon on the top of your screen and choose manage ModPE Scripts and select import and find it mostly on download folder then select the (.js) file and enable it.

7. Enjoy this mod.

Preparing to release Minecraft PE 0.14!

Mojang is preparing to release their most exclusive update for Minecraft Pocket Edition version 0.14.0 for both android and windows 10. The update is known for Redstone Update. Why? because minecraft developer add remaining redstone items such as Pistons, Comparators, Repeaters, Hoppers and Slime block. This is actually a good news for minecraft engineers like us!

Redstone Mansion [Adventure][Map]

The Redstone Mansion is a map created by Mojang to showcase all the new redstone features available as in version 0.13 of Minecraft Pocket Edition. The map is set in an abandoned and spooky mansion in a dark and gloomy swamp biome. It’s an adventure map consisting of a couple of puzzle challenges where you have to use redstone to figure out the solutions. The objective is to reach the Nether Portal.

MAP REVIEW

Redstone Mansion is highly recommended for minecraft players who want a real adventure. It has lot of interesting and awesome features. It is also operated by Redstone to make it more interactive and challenging. Extremely awesome Redstone Engineering a massive use of logic gates with matching background music from note blocks.
